MEET REGGIE
Reginald Westmacott, OT, CLT
Owner, Activity Unlimited
I’m Reggie, an occupational therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and the owner of Activity Unlimited. I help people across Tucson reduce swelling, recover after surgery, and manage lymphedema over the long term through gentle, hands-on care and practical education they can use at home.
My work centers on Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), compression wrapping, and compression-garment fitting. Whether you’re managing chronic lymphedema, healing after a mastectomy or cosmetic procedure, or simply feeling heavy and swollen, every session is one-on-one and built around your body, your goals, and your daily life.
As an occupational therapist, I don’t just treat the swelling. I teach you how to care for your skin, manage your compression, and keep fluid moving between visits, so you leave each appointment more confident and more independent.
My Story
My path to occupational therapy started long before graduate school. I’ve worked as an EMT and volunteer firefighter, as a mental health clinician helping patients rebuild their daily routines, and as a recovery coach and case manager connecting people with housing, care, and support. That work taught me that recovery is never just physical. It’s about getting back to the activities that make life feel like your own.
After earning my Master of Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University, I worked in inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and hospital settings across Tucson, helping patients recover from stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, and orthopedic surgery. Every one of those roles strengthened the same skills I bring to lymphatic therapy today: careful assessment, patience, and clear education for clients and their families.
Why Lymphatic Therapy?
I’ve always enjoyed working with people living with lymphedema and post-surgical swelling. I also saw that many people in Tucson who needed specialized lymphatic care had a hard time finding it. Activity Unlimited was created to help fill that gap, with certified, one-on-one lymphatic therapy and the education clients need to stay comfortable and independent between visits.
