Reginald Westmacott, OT, CLT
Owner, Activity Unlimited
Reginald specializes in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), complete decongestive therapy (CDT), compression wrapping, and garment fitting. Lymphatic massage is a gentle, evidence-based approach that improves fluid movement within the lymphatic system, reduces edema, and alleviates discomfort.
As an occupational therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Reginald treats more than the swelling. Every session is one-on-one and built around your body, your goals, and your daily routine, with practical education on skin care, compression, and self-care so you can stay comfortable and independent between visits.
While lymphedema can be congenital, it most often follows surgeries or treatments such as mastectomies, radiation therapy, or cosmetic procedures that impair lymphatic flow. Reginald works with clients managing chronic lymphedema, post-operative swelling, and pain or stiffness related to surgery or injury.
Lymphedema
I specialize in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), compression wrapping, and compression-garment fitting. Lymphatic therapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that supports the body’s natural fluid movement, helping reduce swelling, improve tissue health, and promote overall comfort.
While lymphedema can be congenital, it most often develops following medical or cosmetic procedures such as mastectomy, radiation therapy, liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, or other surgeries that temporarily or permanently disrupt lymphatic flow. I work with individuals managing chronic lymphedema, post-operative swelling, and fluid congestion related to injury, surgery, or immune stress.
In addition to medical indications, lymphatic therapy can be beneficial for individuals experiencing generalized swelling, feelings of heaviness or tightness, or those seeking gentle immune and circulatory support during periods of physical stress or recovery.
